TONY SPAIN

Tony Spain has been in the construction industry for over 30+ years. He is currently the Project Manager/CEO of MLS Construction Services specializing in excavation & underground utility installation for over 10 years in the Central Ohio area. Tony learned the art of excavation from his grandfather & father at a very young age helping around their family farm. After high school he began working for Ranger Construction Company sculpting Signature Series Arnold Palmer Golf Courses & then went on to work for another construction company for several years specializing residential & commercial excavation & utility services where he learned to perfect his craft & start his own business. Tony is a hardworking family man who takes pride in leading with honestly & integrity in everything he does.

MANDY LYNN SPAIN

Mandy Spain began in the construction industry approximately 10+ years ago when she and Tony opened MLS Construction Services. She has over 26+ years’ experience in business management, sales, and marketing. Her career started off early on in high school where she began training in the trade of accounting and then went on to further education at Ohio University in business management. She worked within the glass industry for several years in sales & customer service. After that she decided to pursue her career in nursing, once becoming a nurse she was able to marry her sales & marketing experience with nursing degree as Nurse Liaison for Hospice during her time in Hospice she had the opportunity to grow into several different management roles within the company.

Once, her & Tony decided to open MLS Construction Services it was time to move her focus over to their new business and to this day she provides business management support to MLS Construction Services as well as Sales & Marketing to further grow their business. Together they strive to provide their customers with great customer service & quality at a fair price.
